WHO IS IT FOR?
MOSTO is open to all artists working with visual media. We welcome applications from both emerging and established artists who wish to explore new ideas, engage with the rich cultural heritage and stunning landscape of the Douro Valley, and contribute meaningfully to its artistic legacy.
WHAt'S INCLUDED?
- Up to 2 week's accommodation at Quinta dos Canais, close to Carrazeda de Ansiães in the Douro Valley.
- All meals, along with up to €1,000 for travel support
- Art materials up to the value of €300.
- Your place in our MOSTO Digital Gallery alongside our previous MOSTO artists-in-residence.
- Use of image and video content produced to document your residency.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
- Produce at least one piece of artwork during your stay, to be left as part of the house's collection.
- Participate in some short photo and video shoots during your stay to document your residency.
